This website is owned and operated by MM Holidays G.P., hereinafter referred to in the Terms and Conditions as MM Holidays. All copyrights, data rights, trademarks and rights to the materials published on the site belong to MM Holidays.
MM Holidays reserves the right to change the site, the offers on the site and the Terms and Conditions without prior notice. If we change the Terms and Conditions, then the new Terms and Conditions will be published here. Changes to the Terms and Conditions will come into effect from the moment of publication on the site. By continuing to use the site, you confirm that you agree to the changed Terms and Conditions. In case the new Terms and Conditions are not acceptable to you, please stop using this site.
Website user behavior
You understand and agree that when using the website you are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations and tax regulations. You agree not to:
- take any action aimed at damaging the site, including but not limited to using viruses, bots, trojan horses, malicious code, denial of service attacks, backdoors, packet or IP address forgery, routing information or email address forgery, and the like
- violate local, provincial, national and other laws or regulations
- copy, store or use any information contained on the site for any purpose not expressly permitted in these Terms and Conditions
- use abusive or derogatory behavior towards MM Holidays or other users of the site, in any section or aspect of this site
Accommodation
You agree that no more than the persons initially named by you will be allowed into the Accommodation at any time during the booking period. All guests must comply with the terms and restrictions accepted by you under the Terms and Conditions.
Use of the Accommodation
The Accommodation is provided in its actual condition, functionalities and extras, as described in the offer on the site. MM Holidays takes care of the provision and functioning of all amenities in the accommodation – electricity, hot water, air conditioning systems, internet access, etc., and if you find any problems, you must inform us immediately. You and your guests agree that the use of amenities such as hot water, kitchen appliances, terraces, internal and external staircases, barbecue area can be potentially dangerous and pose risks if used incorrectly, especially by children. Such use is at your own risk and MM Holidays is not responsible for any incidents resulting from improper operation or insufficient parental control. You accept and guarantee that you will use the property only for residential purposes with care to avoid damage or loss of the same. You and your guests must refrain from making loud noise, causing disturbance or inconvenience to neighbors and you may not use the Accommodation for any immoral or illegal activities.
Security deposits and damages caused to the Accommodation during the stay
You agree to leave the Accommodation in the condition it was in when you arrived. The commitment also applies to all personal or third-party items located in the Accommodation. You agree and acknowledge that you are responsible for your own actions or omissions, as well as for the actions or omissions of any persons to whom you grant access to the Accommodation. In the event that we make a claim for damages and provide evidence thereof, including but not limited to photographs, you agree to pay the costs of repairing the damages and replacing the damaged items with equivalent ones.
Each offer describes whether a security deposit is required for the relevant apartment. If there is no damage to the premises, both inside and outside of the Accommodation used by the guests, the full amount will be refunded on check-out.
You understand and agree that MM Holidays may bring a claim related to damages or losses that you have caused or for which you are responsible to the Accommodation, as well as to any personal or other property located at the Accommodation. If we make a claim for damage to a fulfilled and completed reservation, MM Holidays reserves the right to collect payments from guests through all legal means in situations where it is determined that there is damage to the Accommodation or any personal or other property located at the Accommodation.
Cancellations and refunds
If you have made and paid for a reservation under a refundable offer, but wish to cancel the confirmed reservation, the amount you paid will be refunded in full, minus the transaction fees.
The request for cancellation of the reservation and refund must be made no later than 30 calendar days before the check-in date. Cancellation requests received after the specified deadline or after arrival at the Accommodation are not subject to execution and refund.
If the reservation offer is non-refundable, where you pay the full amount or a deposit at the time of booking and the remaining balance up to a certain number of days before the check-in date, the amounts you have paid for this type of reservation are non-refundable.
Overstaying at the Accommodation
You agree that the confirmed reservation is the right granted to you by MM Holidays to use the offer for the limited duration of the confirmed reservation. You also agree to vacate the Accommodation no later than the check-out time specified in the offer on the site. In case you do not do so, MM Holidays has the right to request that you vacate the Accommodation. MM Holidays has the right to charge guests for each 24-hour period in which they stay in the accommodation beyond the reservation period. The additional charge per night is in the amount of twice the average nightly rate originally paid under the offer on the site, plus all applicable taxes and all legal costs incurred by MM Holidays in the process of vacating the Accommodation.
Access and inspection of the Accommodation
MM Holidays has the right, at reasonable times and with prior notice, to have our representatives or employees enter the Accommodation for cleaning or inspection. If MM Holidays has a reasonable belief that there is an imminent danger to a person or property located at the Accommodation, we have the right to enter the apartment without prior notice.
Resolving any disputes that arise
All disputes arising from your use of the site and arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Greece. You agree that disputes shall be resolved in a spirit of good faith and constructive discussion, and if this proves impossible, with the jurisdiction and venue of the court of Halkidiki.
